The core Extra runtime, MCP server, and installer scripts are open-source software licensed under the terms of the MIT License:

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the “Software”), to deal in the Software without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, subject to the conditions stated in the MIT License.

3. Permitted & Responsible Use

You agree to use Extra in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use Extra for malicious software distribution, unauthorized intrusion, credential theft, or surveillance.
• Automate actions that violate the terms of service of third-party platforms or applications without appropriate authorization.
• Bypass or disable security controls or safety mechanisms of host operating systems.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

“Extra”, “yantraOS”, and the AIYantra logo are trademarks of Euryale Ferox Private Limited. All third-party trademarks, including Windows®, Microsoft®, Claude®, and Anthropic®, are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for compatibility and reference identification purposes.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any disputes related to our website or software shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
